We are so happy with the services and professionalism provided by the Walker group. The first home we visited was being sold by the Walker group and we didn't have a real estate agent at the time. Once we scheduled a visit at the house, we dealt with Carl Brunet who is an agent of the Walker team and it just clicked right off the bat. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional real estate agent with a great personality. We were so impressed with his services that we kept him as our agent throughout our whole home buying/selling experience. Without the Walker group, we did a lot of open house visits and a lot of the real estate agents that were showing the homes did not compare to how good Carl and the Walker group did. Carl helped us so much to find a home, because we all know how fast homes sell with the current market, it is difficult finding a home. He helped us find our dream home and gave us some great pointers for when we put our offer on the house. He also provided us with great contacts for home inspections, lawyers, etc. He helped us a lot for the selling of our condo which sold in a day for very close to the asking price! I recommend to anyone buying/selling a home to go with the Walker group, it honestly made everything go super smooth and stress free.
